Our Hiring Process
1. You reach out to us
When applying, our advice to you is to try to think outside the box and go out of your way to ensure that we can't miss you. Yours won't be the only application we receive, but it can be the best we've seen.
2. We reply, even if we feel there isn't a match
We know how time-consuming and stressful the job-hunting process can be. If you do something different and get our attention, we'll let you know where you stand, one way or the other.
3. Assignment time
If we think you're a good fit, you'll be given a short assignment (with clear and detailed instructions) to complete.
4. First interview
If we like what we see, we'll schedule your first interview with your potential manager. This interview will be almost completely role-focused. Evidently, we want to get to know you at a personal level as well, but this is your chance to show us what you've got.
5. Second interview
At your second interview, you'll be meeting Barry - our CEO. This interview will be at a much more general level. We like every employee to be able to represent the Leadable brand as good as possible, and nobody can determine that better than the founder.
6. You're part of the team
If it's a match, you'll be getting a job offer relatively soon after your last interview and we'll officially welcome you to Leadable once everything is signed.
