As a senior Sales Copywriter, my main responsibility is to review campaign copy and to provide any feedback and suggested edits that may be necessary to make sure that only the best messaging ends up in the prospects’ inbox. I work closely with our CGM team to schedule campaigns for our copywriters, and often my day-to-day work also includes writing campaign copy for new clients. I’ll attend onboarding calls with new clients to make sure I can write compelling copy that really speaks to their ICP. Other than that, I’ll also attend daily meetings and huddles with the team to catch up and make sure we’re all on the same page.
What I enjoy most about working at Leadable is working with the copywriting team. Our brainstorming sessions allow us to constantly find new, creative angles for our client campaigns, which keeps things interesting. I also really like the remote-only approach that Leadable has. Because the whole team is remote, you can get your work done on your schedule without having to worry about a rigid clock-in clock-out schedule.
Due to having a global team, Leadable has a greatly diverse culture, which makes for a very refreshing and exciting work environment. Thankfully, we have daily meetings, so it's possible to build relationships and feel part of a team. However, if you're not self-motivated and make an effort to engage with your co-workers, it's easy to find this environment isolating and challenging. It's not for everyone!
